I can't go back to the ACT team, I feel. I know that my cards and dice are saying it is ok but, I don't think it is for me, it is mostly for the people around me. You don't need cards and dice when you know the truth.

I have to think of how to proceed. I think the fact I am back on the 25th, my log is backed up that far. Which is 11 days. How am I going to get caught up unless I do something drastic or, just ignore my humanity?

Yea, I have something I need to do and I have been ignoring it. I mean, I have everything I need to do it, like there are some things on my TODO list that has sub tasks but, this one thing, I have already done all the sub tasks for so, technically I should just go complete it.

Yes, tocopherols (specifically mixed tocopherols) are safe and commonly used as a natural, healthy antioxidant preservative in dog food. Derived from Vitamin E, they prevent fats from turning rancid without the health risks associated with artificial preservatives like BHA/BHT. They are generally considered nutritious and safe for dogs.

Huh. I guess, the compound itself isn't and issue, but it would be more about where it is sourced.

The most common dietary sources of vitamin E are vegetable oils (such as wheat germ, sunflower, soybean, and corn oil), followed by nuts (almonds, peanuts), seeds (sunflower seeds), and fortified cereals. Wheat germ oil is among the richest sources, offering over 100% of the daily value in one tablespoon.

Ah... I am not a farmer, I wouldn't know anything further. to me, this seems ok, but I can see where some debates could be derived from this bit of information.

Yea, the word "bio-engineered" sounds scary but, anyone who studies horticulture is basically a green witch.

It was/is very common practice to add animal product to plant fertilization to create the right PH balance in the soil. We've known this for years.

Ah yea, my grandma.

Pain...died.

Was that her voice?

Ah, it is the question of whether I respected myself in that moment. Yea being shocked..... ugh I feel like I am going to puke.

maldextronin

Oh because of the clock... ah yea, I will die also. Well that makes me

I won't say. <3

Oh... yea how can he drink so much alcohol? Ectomorphs are crazy.. Ahhh mm? I am not sure about thermal dynamics. I am a mesomorph so, it will metabolize awkwardly in my body.

I keep on getting late starts.

3 unknown numbers... hmm.

Yea I am supposed to put on my contacts but, I don't want to contaminate them. Like I don't really need to see to clean, you know? I do need eyedrops but, I dunno. I guess the eye lens container is multi purpose but... ye.

Now that I am aware of invisible gases... I need to counter this.

I am still determined to clean the fridge though. i think it needs that.

I had loss of smell as one of the benefits of being sober. I guess that is true since I need to clean the apartment and need to find my masks. I did find one then I put it in a pocket somewhere because I thought I was going to leave.

Ah, I get what Jessica meant by her being allergic to garlic.

That's the driest bit of humor. We started taking garlic out of everything. poor thing went without flavor.

I keep listening to Serbian music, despite the Serbian rejecting me. Oh well, I still like it. I have listened to these people since I was in high school.
