The difficulty of starting a Business

I'm here to share that we are making it, as you might read in the first chapter about our business failure. In case you did not, let me just sum up. My wife and I decided to open a bakery, which is what my wife wants most, but we couldn't. Actually, I believe we knew from the beginning that it was not the moment, but at the same time, that's one thing that I'd advise you to avoid, not mixing feelings/desires with what you are quite sure of the results, you might be wrong perhaps, but perceptions are more right than wrong. However, there are a few things/discoveries that might happen when you try a new business, and you never know, even nowadays, that, according to Forbes, for example, the records are being hit. Now there is more new money than old money. So, we tried to give back the space, of course, they refused because we were 2 month late on the rent. The good news is that we paid one, and I propose a deal with the owner to keep the stuff bought for the remont, and fortunately, he accepted, one less thing to deal with, good!

Let me tell you just one thing, that's great when you notice that you deal with, so you learn from it. However, at the same time its a lot of punches to your face. Starting a business with so low a budget, it's like playing without toes, it requires a lot of creativity and adaptability. It's just an unbelievable multitasking that you cannot imagine. I opened the Company by myself, read a lot to avoid getting charged by the State because of some error, you need to know how to submit an annual report( they call it CIT - corporate income tax). How to submit "Financial statements submitted to the National Court Register" sprawozdania, only because you don't have money. I reached out to every single office/company/person who could do it, and all budgets were above what I could pay. Actually, I could pay, but this would mean that if I pay, there is something that is going to be missing from the payment list. We need to prioritize what we believe is the most important. By the end of the day, the best thing is just to enjoy life and try to see the positive side of everything/something. Because when I created this Company, I needed to select the PKD, it's basically the Polish selections of activity, and for some reason, the main one was related to the nursery Rhymes field, that's our first project to become alive we call it Bebekeni, our kids' name basically, and the second one, Kids Speak, very interessing content by the way, I will explain more about them in the next chapters. So, on one hand, we can see our failure, but on the other hand, we can see it in a different way. I decided to move on again with our nursery rhymes project. Now that I'm writing, I remember that we already tried to find sponsorship, a fundraising website/support, nothing worked hahaha life is hard. So, noticed now that it was more than just one failure. That's ridiculously unbelievable. However, for some reason, we are here and as I said before, trying to make everything work, without support, trying to do everything and perform every sing function you see in one company, at least the most common one are not easy, checking how are channel are going, publishing the videos, checking the songs that needs to be done, writing the songs, right now just for the record, I need to write around 3 songs, try a new strategy because of the thing I noticed about the songs, we made 100 bucks in 1 month just with a easy song for being used in Facebook, and Im the only person who can tell me HEY you are out of time, you didn't make this or that, no one is supervising me like my regular jobs, I need to keep pushing myself and struggle internally, need to perform quality check with our animators, change videos for different languages(5+), trying to achieve targets, defining goals, there are a lot of thing in plan we may launch later one, Apps, toes, cloths, learned how to protect our brand took me a while, to check how important it is to be aware of legal issues, prepare documents, contractors deals, copyright issues we dealt with because of the lack of commitment, lack of knowledge, trying to find ways to make it faster, sometimes is exhaustive, all of this while being a parent, husband, 2 job with my company 3. And I'm still asking if this is really worth it, during this time I still try to keep calm, I spend around 18-20h per day in a chair, I never imagine me like that. I'm working like animals that are not being fed for centuries. Meanwhile, I try to learn French in a few minutes that I'm available at work, come on man, in 2 jobs(not counting my company Job), learn something, hear some music, like it's that simple? Leave my son at the daycare center by 7 AM, we wake up at 6, and I sleep around 0:00. I said to myself that it's too much. But the truth is, I didn't notice that I was already doing all those things at once. I started one by one, and most of them I begged for, so I have them, and I will keep pushing myself as I know I have more to do and more to achieve. Am I being too greedy? Well, maybe, but as I said, that's all I asked for, nothing is perfect, people are leaving similar struggles and some definitely much worse, much deeper, much more frustrating, like an underdog, but they can keep true to themselves.

I take a few minutes from time to time to write here, to share with you my journey, few thoughts, as I am not to good at being in social media and I personally prefer not to use it too much, on one hand because I do not have much time hahah, and because it consumes me, like Zygmund Bauman says its a trap, its hard to leave the phone, suddenly you are in a infinite scrolling, so i prefer to avoid use it as much as i can. So, I try to learn from people who I believe are wise, wealthy, humble, etc. I start reading more, dedicating more time to work, family, and purposes...

Finally, for this chapter, my point is basically to tell you, be prepared, study a lot in the field of business you are into, about the business itself, of course, but also beyond it, you might hear a few people saying that doesn't listen to much, you may not do it. It's not about hearing others, it's about studying facts on how things work. If you want, for example, to sell something that you buy abroad and sell it in your country, you need to know more about exportation, importation, taxes, logistics, sales, marketing, and so on. It's never too much to learn more. I read a phrase a few days ago, from Sun Tsu - "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles."It tells you everything when you are almost aware, but some people fear knowing the truth. I prefer to be prepared, just in case!

So, dear friend, keep pushing. It's hard to have a life balance, maybe it doesn't exist in reality, but we can try to make it closer as we do not have much to do in this life.
