A Message
I fling my body onto the small beach among the jagged rocks, coughing up the salty water. Like a molting seal, I flop onto my back and fall into deep sleep. When I wake hours later, it’s as if I’m again taking my first breath. Two pairs of dark eyes search my face and motionless shape for life.

Flying Car
At the beginning of the new century, we have seen the realisation of a centuries-old dream: the fusion of cars, airplanes, mobile aircraft and flying cars. We have also seen the future of Cadillac, and it covers a lot: elegant flagships, practical SUVs, self-driving rides, and now a flying car.

Wishing for a Mirage
I woke in my sand hollow to first light, feeling groggy, thirsty, disoriented and sore. And very frightened. I sat up stiffly and looked around, all 360 degrees, and apart from the scattered debris of my Ultralight, I saw nothing but sand, dirt and rocks all the way to the flat horizon. Standing, with difficulty, the view was the same, but at least it seemed like my legs weren’t broken, even if I had no idea in which direction they should carry me. My last look at the navigation instruments put me slap in the middle of exactly nowhere, though I was travelling from somewhere to somewhere else.

An Opaque Present
The smog was unusually dense for 4 A.M. as the factories were at minimal output during the night shift. I sucked in a deep breath anyway. The quietness was a relief to my pounding headache but this would be short-lived. I couldn’t exactly place why I had always had enjoyed these few fleeting moments of peace and unproduction this early. Nonetheless, it would soon end as the other morning Workers arose.

More To It Than Meets The Eye: India's Crackdown on Big Tech
Long considered as an IT (Information Technology) powerhouse, the Indian Government’s crackdown on Big Tech is something of a mystery. With Data As the New Oil, Business Battles Of the Future Would be Fought Over Who Controls Its Flow and Access.
Data is the New Oil. This statement by none other than the Indian Oligarch and Asia’s richest person, Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries, the conglomerate with interests spanning Petrochemicals, Information Technology, Retail and Media, among other things, epitomizes how data has become the new battleground for businesses seeking to acquire, control, disseminate, and profit from it. Indeed, the stupendous success of Big Tech firms such as Google, Facebook, and other social media giants is mainly on account of their superlative “data harvesting” strategies which they employ to good effect.

Light up your creativity and Imagination
Many of my recent creations have been constructed using LEDs, motors, sensors, and boards. Exploring the world of digitally responsive garments is both exciting and frustrating. I create wearable art using fabric, scissors, thread, solder, electrical components, and imagination. I am a draper/pattern maker, and I love collaborating with designers to construct intricate, beautiful costumes that are exceptional because of our creative teamwork. My favorite part of being the draper is taking a rendering from two-dimensional images and recreating the costume in three-dimensional forms. I obtain a sense of accomplishment when I compare the original rendering and see my finished creation. I have incorporated the latest technologies, including computer patterning, three-dimensional printing, and circuitry design, into my work. Combining the different skills, crafts, and experiences helps me create beautiful and unique wearable artwork.

Future of IT in Pakistan
Pakistan is a nation based on an ideology of a creative poet backed by a technical leader. Dr. Allama Iqbal, the man behind the idea was one of the greatest poets, and “Muhammad Ali Jinnah” the person who executed the plan was a brilliant lawyer of the sub-continent.
