There are many different ways to make a cup of tea. What on the surface looks like a simple set of instructions has spawned a plethora of different styles and preferences. You can have whole milk, skimmed milk, oat milk, no milk, 1 sugar, 2 sugars, 100 sugars, or none, and so much more. Indeed many people have many differing tastes when it comes to preparing tea, but there is one particular method, unlike the others, that is universally frowned upon. It is considered taboo, a strict no-no. This method would only be found in the forbidden section of the Hogwarts library.

An Imperfect Christmas
December 24th 2015 - It's been 38 years since the full moon last appeared on Christmas Day, 1977 in fact. The young waitress drops a fork, kicks it under a nearby table and totally breaks my train of thought. I look up from my cup and I think. The restaurant is full and the day warmish. I'm sipping coffee dressed in shorts and T-shirt, Melbourne colours of black and grey, while happy Queenslanders dressed in flowery clothing, chat over large serves of pancakes, bacon and eggs.
