How to Revive a Failing Relationship
Must an emotional cure always be a long job? When I'm asked this I generally answer that any basic personality change usually entails working your ass off at helping yourself over a period of time. Psychology and behavioral responses to conditioned activity play an important role in reviving failing relationships. Various experiments with clients are making me qualify this answer. They indicate that there are palliative methods which, if you employ them continually, tend to sink into your cognitive-emotive core and become curative—a permanent part of your behavioral pattern. In my book Rational Sensitivity: Self-fulfillment for Executives, I was able to give three such self-therapy techniques for calming the emotions. Here is how they work.

What Is Your Sexual Personality?
The sexual adjustment and behavior patterns, often referred to as sexual personality, of human beings are probably more varied and divergent than almost any other aspect of their diversity. Scientific interest has hitherto centered either on abnormalities, which have been exhaustively studied in the form of case histories and anecdotes by psychiatrists and psychoanalysts, or a census-type data collected on large samples, "broken down," as the saying goes, by age and sex—Kinsey's work is an example of this type of approach. We learn from published data that Americans on the average have intercourse two to three times a week, but this kind of information is almost useless when it is realized that some people have intercourse once a month, while others have intercourse several times a night—the wife of the "Boston strangler" complained that her husband insisted on having intercourse something like 14 times a day! ("Complained" is the operative word—some women might have welcomed such dutiful attendance.)

When to Have Sex
How many times is enough? What if she wants to when you don't want to, and vice versa. Is spontaneous sex better than scheduled sex? Do women prefer their sexual encounters be planned and men prefer them any time any where? It is important to consider these issues when developing a productive, intimate relationship. Poor timing can cause stress on a relationship which can lead to changes in one's biological, sexual dynamic.

Curious Case of Penis Envy
Just one year ago, an attractive redhead, Betty L., came to my clinic and said: “I don’t know what’s wrong with me, Doctor. I have a wonderful husband, twelve splendid children, a girlish figure, and a brand-new house in an expensive neighborhood. But I feel I’m missing something.” Like many other women her age, Betty L. lacked a penis but was unable to verbalize her sense of inadequacy. She was aware only of a vague, liquid emptiness, a throbbing gap, a bittersweet bodily vacuity, if you will, something she couldn’t quite put her finger on or around, “as if a thing that should be there isn’t.”

Weirdest Masturbation Facts
If you love yourself, play with yourself. Nobody knows you better than yourself. Masturbation has been found to help foster a sense of well-being, boost confidence and body image, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Experiencing more orgasms makes you less susceptible to heart disease and type-2 diabetes. Shared masturbation lets lovers teach each other their preferences in a healthy, no-risk environment. Throughout history, masturbation has been portrayed in many ways. Some consider it healthy, some consider it taboo, others have no word to define it.

Can Anal Sex Be Pleasurable?
Ladies, we have a confession to make; we know how much anal sex you’re having. It turns out that at least 1 in 3 straight women in the US has tried anal at some point in her life. The National Institutes of Health performed a study in January 2016 on the prevalence of heterosexual anal intercourse among men and women. Thirty percent of women and 35 percent of men reported having HAI in the previous year. Women who reported having tried anal were usually in their 20s and reportedly had higher levels of both income and education. While anal sex was equally common among women of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, it was more common among those who were either married to or already living with their partners than it was among single women.

Making of a Synthetic Girlfriend
Imagine creating your dream girl who doesn’t argue, complain, PMS, nag or say “I’m too tired” when you’re looking for some action. Its a concept that seems almost impossible to conjure up in your mind. But synthetic girlfriends are more popular than ever. The sex doll market makes billions of dollars every year. Many well known stars make good bank on their sex doll molds. Belladonna and the notorious Sasha Grey, two of the most well-known porn stars in the adult entertainment industry, have their own sex dolls on the retail market. Hell, Lady Gaga teamed up with a sex doll vendor to make a Gaga sex doll. While those dolls are designed to resemble your favorite porn and pop stars, Realdoll creator, Matt McMullen has made it possible for you to create your dream girl, from head to toe, and everything in between.

Benefits of Kegel Exercises
Sex toys are a booming industry. They have helped bring fun and intimacy to the bedroom. But what could be better when you can incorporate sex and exercise at the same time? And when I say exercise, I am not referring to the cardiovascular kind or even the kind that involves weight lifting or standing on your head, I am referring to the kind of exercise that every woman has heard of, whether they have had a baby or not. I am referring to the dreaded Kegel exercise.

Can You Use Plastic Wrap as a Dental Dam?
Yes, obviously a dental dam is something you’d find at a dentist’s office. Although it did get its name from its original use as a tool in dental exams, it is also a slang for sexual protection during oral sex. It is commonly believed that you don’t need a condom when engaging in oral sex. In school, you are taught the importance of the use of condoms and birth control, and they even promote abstinence, but no one talks about dental dams and cunnilingus. So we go on in life, oblivious to the fact that safe sex should also be practiced when it comes to oral sex. Or, to give educators the benefit of the doubt, we learn that condoms should be used when oral sex is performed on a male. But what do we learn about safety when oral sex is performed on a female?

History of Kama Sutra
The Kama Sutra says there are 64 types of sexual acts. Unfortunately, many women only know the missionary position. Widely regarded as an ancient Indian manual on how to have sex, the Kama Sutra is the original erotic novel. If one was to do a Google search on the term itself, they will find that other than the typical Wikipedia article and a link to purchase the text at Amazon, everything is in reference to sex. In fact, it will be regarded as “the sex guide par excellence.” Those that are curious enough will even be able to find a list of sexual positions to try, but only if you’re able to get your body to bend like a yogi. However, despite what some might think, Kama Sutra is not just about sex.
