The Genocide Convention. Sadly due to state sovereignty, the document is useless. Since its creation, it has not once been employed due to different interpretations and definitions of the Genocide Conventions by the international court on how to prosecute the crime and dictate punishment, as well as the qualifications of a genocide and who is guilty of the crime.
